Spa Policies
Massotherapy session:		Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduIed spa appointment. Guests who arrives late will be charged in full. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make up the lost time.
Booking / cancellation:		To confirm your booking, a number of valid credit card is compulsory. A minimum of 48 hrs is required in case of cancellation. If this delay is not respected, the total amount will be removed from your credit card. Your session is a commitment of the therapist's time.
Rest and relaxation:		The Bagni Spa is a place of relaxation and ressourcement. The silence is thus rigorous for the rest of each. Cellular telephones and pagettes are forbidden in rest areas. Manicuring and shaving in the saunas are also forbidden.
Accessories:		Swimsuit, sandals, towel and padlock are compulsory. Availability to rent towels and padlock at the reception. It is forbidden to carry glasses in saunas because the heat is too intense
Minimum age required:		16 years
Personal property		Please keep valuables with you at all times. Station Santé Bagni is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Gifts certificates		Station Santé Bagni Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. They are for services and products only. Gift certificates are good for one year and valid from the purchasing date.
Prices:		All prices are with inclusive taxes, but not include tips. They are subject to change without advance notice.
Payments:		Station Santé Bagni accepts Canadian & US currencies. Credit cards and ATM: No personal check are accepted.
Against indications:		The alternation of cold and hot is against indicated for every person presenting cardiac problems, also for the pregnant women. No massage below 3 months of pregnancy. If your state of health presents a particular case, consult your doctor before participating in our activities.
