Warning concerning the access to baths

The aternance of heat and cold is not advised for pregnant women or people suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems as well as people suffering from hypertension or diabetes..The intense heat of saunas causes transpiration and it is important to hydrate yourself..

Stages to follow:

Start with a shower.
Follow with a Finnish sauna or a Turkish sauna (steam bath) during 5 -10 minutes. The heat of the body allows the skin to release the toxins from the pores.
Quick rinse in cold water; shower, salted swimming pool or Simon river. The radical loss of body temperature speeds up the elimination of the lactic acid collected in your muscles. It also activates the circulation of the blood which oxygenates your system.
Relax in one of our relaxation rooms or outside for 10 - 15 minutes. After a thermal shock, it is primordial to rest to stabilize the temperature of the body, the circulation and blood pressure.
Start again stages 1 - 5 .Calculate a minimum from 2 hours to complete all these stages. Let one of our massages, be the highlight of your day. (Swedish, therapeutic massage, hot stones...)

Spa Policies

Mininum age required:		16 years of age

Food and alcoholic drinks:		No food and alcoholic drinks coming from the exterior is allowed.

Massotherapy appointment:		15 minutes before your appointment. register yourself . Insurance receipts can be handed out on demand.

Appointment / cancellation:		To confirm your appointment, a valid credit card number is required. A minimum of 48 hrs is required in case of cancellation. If this delay is not respected, the total amount will be charged on your credit card.

Accessories:		Swimsuit, sandals, towel and padlock are required. Available for rental at the reception towels and padlock with deposit. It is forbidden to carry glasses in saunas due to intensive heat.

Rest and relaxation:		Cellphones and beepers are forbidden. Manicuring and shaving in the saunas are also forbidden.

Contre-Indications:		The alternation between hot and cold is not advised for people presenting cardiac problems, or for pregnant women. No massage below 3 months of pregnancy. If your state of health presents a particular case, consult your doctor before participating in our activities.
